Candy Drop Cookie (Korean: 알사탕맛 쿠키, alsatang-mas kuki) is an Epic playable Cookie that released on September 5, 2024 (11:00 GMT +9). She is an Earth elemental Tagger who uses Magic type attacks.

Story

"Perfectly round candy drops, with their enduring glory, are said to bear a remarkable resemblance to the timeless truth sought by many. Pilgrims from far and wide often visited one of these sacred candy drops, rubbing its surface to partake of its wisdom... until one day it cracked, bringing Candy Drop Cookie into the world. Perhaps owing to the unique circumstances of her origin, Candy Drop Cookie has wandered the Pancake Tower from the moment she opened her eyes, seeking the ultimate truth. Her mysterious habit of appearing and disappearing without warning has led some Cookies to falsely believe that she has already found the answer, giving her a following of Cookies who endlessly chase her to ask questions regarding all facets of life! When faced with a question she cannot answer, she either remains silent or responds, "All that surrounds us is truth." Despite such vagueness, the questioning Cookies seemingly receive the realization they've sought. Though unsure of why her words bring such enlightenment, Candy Drop Cookie accepts the results and closes her eyes, satisfied with providing such aid. There may be some truth to the rumors surrounding her after all..."

Appearance

Candy Drop Cookie has a serene and mystical look. She has warm brown skin, a red bindi on her forehead, and calm white eyebrows with closed eyes, giving a peaceful expression. Her white hair is rounded with a curl at the front, topped with a gold and red crown. She wears brown and orange attire with bells on her wrist and ankle. She wields a unique staff with golden rings and orbs, and a glowing, mandala-like symbol radiates behind her, surrounded by bronze orbs, creating a spiritual, divine aura.

Changelog

September 12, 2024 Candy Drop Cookie has has her character model made slightly larger. That too, is truth. Allegedly. (Her gains are purely visual, and this does not affect gameplay.)

• Candy Drop Cookie was originally called "Alsatang Cookie" (based off of the popular Korean candy), but her name was later changed before release.
• Candy Drop Cookie was originally shown to be a Fighter Cookie in the update preview. She was later changed to a Tagger Cookie before release.
• Candy Drop Cookie's name in the game files is "Marble Candy Cookie".
• Alongside Cherry Cookie and Ninja Cookie, Candy Drop Cookie is one of the few taggers in the game that does not inflict an elemental resistance debuff upon enemies.
• Currently, Candy Drop Cookie is the only Cookie in the game that can inflict defense debuffs upon enemies with her skills.
