Chili Pepper Cookie (Korean: 칠리맛 쿠키, chilli-mat kuki, "Chili Cookie") is an Epic playable Cookie that released on June 26, 2024 (Launch). She is a Fire elemental Fighter who uses Slash type attacks.
"Chili Pepper Cookie's dough contained much more chili pepper than allowed by the law. This is probably why she doesn't care much about the rules at all! Chili Pepper Cookie is a notorious treasure hunter. She never misses a chance to snatch everything valuable she can get her hands on, leaving only chaos and havoc behind. The Cookies know better than to cross her path, and so should you. Good news: you can easily identify this path by a trail of fiery red chili sauce..."
Appearance[]
Chili Pepper Cookie is an average height, somewhat thin Cookie with coral dough. She has long, crimson-red hair with occasional beige specks pulled back in a high ponytail with a spiked band. She also has ruby eyes with a pronounced X-shaped scar above her right eye. She sports a muted red bandana with crossbones printed on the front, and, most notably, a black figure-hugging sleeveless jumpsuit that has several leather straps with belt clasps running around her legs and hips.
When in battle, Chili Pepper Cookie holds curved daggers that have red blades with a singular notch and forest green hilts in such a way that resembles a bird's eye chili pepper.

Quickly dash forward. If pressed again within 3 sec, the Cookie returns to the original position.
Ultimate
Spice It Up
Consumes some of her own HP to enter an enhanced state, increasing both CRIT damage and Fire damage dealt. Achieving 8 direct hits with Chili Slash grant a stack of Chili Sauce. Once the enhanced state ends, Chili Pepper Cookie restores HP proportional to the number of Chili Sauce stacks obtained. (Cooldown: 30 sec ⬥ Duration: 8 sec) (HP consumed: 30% of max HP ⬥ CRIT damage increase: +67% ⬥ Fire damage increase: +10%) (Chili Sauce max stacks: 5 ⬥ HP restored per stack of Chili Sauce: 6% of Max HP)

No changes have been made to Chili Pepper Cookie since her release.
Rye Cookie and Chili Pepper Cookie have a rivalry, with Rye Cookie hunting her down for the large bounty on her head. Miraculously, Chili Pepper Cookie repeatedly escapes with her head still attached to her shoulders.
Chili Pepper Cookie is one of two Cookies capable of having two dashes. What makes her even more unique is her capability to mark the spot she dashed from with one of her shortblades and quickly return to the marker with her second dash.
Chili Pepper Cookie is the only Cookie in the game that has invisibility frames upon using her basic attacks and Skills.
