Cookie Training is a feature within Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures where the player can earn rewards such as Equipment and Scrolls of Potential. Cookie Training not only helps players strengthen their Cookies, but also incentivizes use of several different kinds of Cookies rather than a single favorite.
Cookie Training Points can be obtained by playing as the desired Cookie in Raid Mode. The player is rewarded 30 Training Points towards that Cookie's Training Rank for every round of Raid Mode (with a Raid Ticket spent) that is completed. The Cookie does not earn any points if the player enters the Raid without spending a ticket.

Training Ranks & Rewards[]
As Cookies accumulate Training Points, they fill up a progress bar. Along this bar are several ranks that grant rewards to the player once a Cookie meets the point requirement for that rank. Every Cookie starts at Bronze 3 rank once the player obtains them, and instantly rewards 100 Crystals to the player. Cookie Training Ranks are shown publicly to other players through profiles and card previews.
Training Rewards are earned by increasing a Cookie's Training Rank to the maximum Master Rank. Once the player has achieved a certain amount of Master Ranks, they will be rewarded with 1,000 Crystals. The reward thresholds are listed below.

Event Missions[]
Occasionally, timed events featuring a specific Cookie will appear in the Cookie Training menu. During these events, the player will have the opportunity to earn up to 3,000 Training Points for the featured Cookie by completing various missions associated with the featured Cookie. Event Missions are the only way a player may earn Training Points outside of participating in Raid Mode. The offered missions and their rewards are listed below.
