No leaks. This wiki has a zero tolerance policy for unreleased content, with the only exception being upcoming content officially announced by the developers themselves. And users found deliberately breaking this rule will be blocked depending on severity.
Respect canon identities of all characters. Do not incorrectly change pronouns or otherwise spread misinformation.
Egregious or excessive vandalism will result in an indefinite block, particularly if you have no history on the wiki prior.
When encountering such vandalism, please do not draw unnecessary attention to it (ie. comments or discussions). Instead, either revert the vandalism yourself or alert a staff member.
Etiquette
Make sure a page is as complete as possible when publishing an edit so as not to flood page history or changelogs with several small edits in a row.
When reverting an edit, explain why it is being undone (unless it's obvious vandalism) to show that it is in good faith.
If your edit is undone, first check the page's history for an explanation instead of immediately readding it with no changes, as this can lead to edit warring.
Do not create pages with little to no content, as they will be deleted. This includes blank pages, pages that only exist to ask for contribution, and other low-effort pages. Similarly, do not add empty sections to preexisting pages.
Image Policy
Do not upload unofficial content, files unrelated to Tower of Adventures, or files unintended for main article use. This includes fanart and images meant solely to decorate one's userpage. Fanart and other user-created content can instead be posted on the forums.
Only upload high quality images. Ideally, these will be acquired from the official fankit, social media accounts, or from the files themselves. If screenshots must be uploaded, please make sure they are as best as can be and not blurry, visibly pixelated, or otherwise low quality.
Ensure that all files adhere to the appropriate naming conventions (ie. proper spelling, capitalization, consistency with similar images such as Profile Icons), especially if they are commonly used in templates such as {{Status}}.
When uploading any file, first check that it is not a duplicate of something that has already been uploaded.
If a file is uploaded by accident, mark the file's page with {{Delete}} or notify a staff member.
If your file is deleted, do not reupload it, as it was likely removed for a reason.
Style Guide
Formatting
The {{Tabs}} template should always be at the very top of a page, followed by any relevant Notice templates, the infobox, and main content.
Refer to existing pages for proper formatting, templates, and other base code.
Language and Grammar
Following the in-game English language pack, please use American English and spelling (ex. "gray" rather than "grey").
When writing articles, do so with relatively professional, objective syntax, avoiding the following:
First and second person pronouns such as I, me, we, and you
Subjective or unproven information such as opinions and speculation
Excessively casual diction such as slang or ambiguous wording ("like", "kind of", etc.)
