Elements were introduced at the launch of Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures. There are currently 6 Elements in the game, Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light, and Dark. They serve as an additional factor in dealing damage to enemies. Stages in all game modes will typically have a "Recommended Element", Cookies with an Element matching the "Recommended Element" will have a buff of some kind in that stage- typically being increased damage.
