The Gacha is the primary way for players to obtain new Cookies, Soulstones, Artifacts, and Costumes. To use the Cookie Gacha or Artifact Gacha, players must spend either Crystals or Tickets / Tokens. The Gacha functions as a type of roulette, drawing random rewards from an available pool of rewards.

Rainbow Crystal
These can be used in the Rainbow Crystal Shop. Used to purchase Costumes.
Mileage
Obtained instead of additional copies of Cookies that have been fully promoted. Can be purchased with Crystals in the Shop. Used to trade for items in the Mileage Shop.
Cookies[]
Cookies cost 300 Crystals or 1 Ticket per draw and allow tenfold draws for a price of 3,000 Crystals or 10 Tickets. Aside from the permanent Banners, there are also Featured Banners that present "Rate Up!"s for specific Cookies, often reserved for newly-released Cookies while costing the same as the standard Cookie Gacha. However, featured banners will use Special Tickets.
The Cookie Gacha has a "pity" guarantee system in place, where a Rare or better reward is guaranteed every 10 draws. For Epic Cookies, one Epic Cookie is guaranteed every 100 draws.
Upon receiving a duplicate Cookie, the player will receive that Cookie's Soulstones instead. The rates are listed below:
For Epic Cookies, the player will receive 20 Soulstones of that specific Cookie.
For Rare Cookies, the player will receive 4 Soulstones of that specific Cookie.
For Common Cookies, the player will receive 2 Soulstones of that specific Cookie.
Mileage Points are rewarded on each pull from the Cookie Gachas, which can be spent at the Mileage Shop on various items such as Special Gacha Tickets, Promotion Materials, Equipment Schematics, and Scrolls of Potential. More Mileage Points are given if the obtained Cookie has the at maximum Promotion.

Costumes[]
Costumes cost 300 Rainbow Cubes per draw and allow fivefold draws for a price of 1,500 Rainbow Cubes. Unlike the Cookie Gacha, the Costume Gacha does not has a "pity" guarantee system in place. Upon receiving a duplicate Costume, you will receive Rainbow Crystals (10 per Epic, 2 per Rare, 1 per Common) used to purchase costumes at the Rainbow Crystal Shop. Epic Costumes can be bought for 80 Rainbow Crystals, Rare for 15, and Common for 5.
