His unique vocals are enough to give any Cookie mousse-bumps on their dough during his legendary performances... but the rock won't stop until we reach the top!"

He has wild, flowing white hair that adds flair to his rockstar vibe, as though he's in the middle of a thrilling performance. His eyes are a light blue, filled with determination and charisma. He wields a red-striped electric guitar with confidence, and his pose suggests he’s always ready to perform. Wearing a dark jacket over a lighter shirt, Rockstar Cookie embodies a rebellious, lively spirit, ready to rock the stage at any moment.

For The Fans
Spotlight Fever's area of effect also grants increased damage for Water Cookies. ( Water damage increase: +30%)
In earlier versions of Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures, Rockstar Cookie was a Wind Element Cookie. He was later changed to be a Water Element Cookie before launch.
During the initial beta test of Cookie Run: Tower of Adventures, Rockstar Cookie's silhouette was displayed on a Rare background. This was later changed in the closed beta test of the game, where he was displayed on an Epic background instead.
