Sugar Globe Cookie (Korean: 슈가글로브맛 쿠키, syugageulrobeu-mat kuki) is an Epic playable Cookie that released on December 4, 2024 (10:00 GMT +9). She is a Light elemental Fighter Cookie who uses Magic type attacks.

Story

A gift for you: Happiness as bright and shining as the northern lights! When the first snow starts falling, Sugar Globe Cookie begins her journey to find sad Cookies to bring happiness. The Cookie was created out of the happy memory of someone watching the first snow together with someone dear to them. Maybe because of that, she wields magic using the light created from the Cookies' happiness. From small deeds like finding a missing doll on the train, to miracles like making it snow when the sky is clear! Sugar Globe Cookie's magic makes any Cookie feel like they just received a wrapped present! But no matter how complicated the magic, Sugar Globe Cookie is overwhelmed with joy every time she gets to see another happy Cookie. What will she bring this coming winter?

Passive	Bringer of Happiness
	Enemies hit by attacks receive stacks of Blissful Light. When Blissful Light reaches 5 stacks, stars fall, dealing damage. (Starfall damage: 105.5% ⬥ Blissful Light duration: 10 sec)

	Attacks with the wand, firing magic up to 3 times in succession. (1st hit damage: 73% ⬥ 2nd hit: 73% ⬥ 3rd hit: 120.5%)
	(Charge Up) Aurora Spin
	Spins around while attacking with the wand. (1st hit damage: 65% ⬥ 2nd hit: 65%)
Special	Memoria Stella
	Summons a Memory Star in the chosen area to deal damage and gain 5 stacks of Stardust. Every successful hit with Starfall consumes 1 stack and reduces the cooldown of Memoria Stella. (Cooldown: 14 sec ⬥ Special Skill damage: 91% per hit ⬥ Cooldown reduction: 0.5 sec) (Max Stardust stacks: 15 stacks)

Ultimate	Refulgent Bliss
	Enters Bliss Form, dealing damage to nearby enemies, and enhancing all attacks. Basic attacks fire a Crystalline Star, and the Charge-Up attack continually fires Crystalline Stars while the button is pressed down, and the damage of the Special Skill is increased. While in Bliss Form, all damage dealt by the Cookie is considered Ultimate damage, and ATK is increased by 50% of the Cookie's Ultimate damage increase stat. This ATK increase cannot exceed 30%. (Cooldown: 28 sec ⬥ Bliss Form transformation damage: 345%) (Crystalline Star damage: 75% x2 ⬥ Special Skill damage increase: 35% ⬥ Duration: 14 sec)

• Sugar Globe Cookie was controversial upon her reveal due to being a Light Element Cookie, with fans believing that she should have been a Water Element Cookie due to her appearance and association with winter.
• Sugar Globe Cookie could be based on the Sugar Plum Fairy from ballet performance The Nutcracker in 1892. Both are beings that are associated with the happiness of others, with Sugar Globe Cookie also getting aurora borealis-like fairy wings for a short time when her Ultimate is activated.
• Currently, Sugar Globe Cookie is the only Cookie that swaps her basic attack style when she uses her ultimate, going from melee attacks to ranged attacks.
